With over ten years in financial management, Kotie is responsible for the financial reports and ensuring expenses are in line with budget. Kotie has experience with PASTEL, the accounting system used by OYO and is also responsible for payroll and ensure all taxes and recurrent expenses are paid on time. Kotie provides monthly financial reports on all of OYO’s projects and advises when she observes possible deviations from the budget. She also ensures all OYO’s financial procedures are adhered to.
