Hans Edward Karon is the Sub-Segment (Lead) Manager at First National Bank Namibia, bringing extensive experience in investment, banking, financial acumen, and strategy. His passion and commitment lie in creating a more informed and resilient society through inclusion and fostering key stakeholder collaborations.

Hans holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) and a Master of Business Administration. He is currently a Doctor of Business Administration candidate, with his postgraduate studies specializing in corporate governance and risk management.
