My name is Rikondjerua Jolanda Mutambo. I started working with OYO in 2002 as a Primary School Assistant.  In 2003 I was promoted to Regional Head for the Kunene Region.  In 2004 I moved to Windhoek where I started work as the finance assistant.  Currently, I am the financial coordinator of the organisation.
It is a pleasure to work for OYO.  It is a young organisation that is growing very fast.  It is directly linked to young people through its arts programmes.  OYO is the only place where young people are free to say what they want about social issues such as HIV and AIDS, teenage pregnancy, and peer pressure.
